Document translation service flow:
1. Customer Inquiry
The customer can tell us his/her basic translation requirements (including translation language, document type, quantity and delivery time etc) by phone or by e-mail etc.
2. Quotation
After analyzing the received document, our professionals will provide translation proposal and quotation for the reference and selection of the customer.
3. Sign a Contract
After negotiating about and confirming the project and the specific requirements thereon, both parties will sign a document translation contract.
4. Start Translation
We will appoint the experienced translator of the related industry to translate document according to the contents and translation requirements of the document and strictly carry out the following flow: translate→ proofread →typeset→review.
5. Submit Translation
We will punctually submit the translation to the customer by e-mail or by fax etc.
6. Settle Fees
After confirming the submitted translation document, the customer should pay the residual balance according to the translation fees specified in the document translation contract.
Interpretation service Flow:
1. The customer can tell us his/her basic interpretation requirements (including language, field, working date etc) by phone or by e-mail etc.
2. We will have the quotation according to the customer's requirements.
3. After negotiating about and confirming the specific requirements, both parties will sign an interpretation contract.
4. We will appoint the experienced interpreter for the customer's interpretation.
5. After the customer pays up the interpretation fee, this interpretation service will be completed. |
