祝贺你经台州市教育局批准被我校录取，为方便你顺利入学，适应新的学习环境，现将有关事项说明如下：

 

1、2011年7月1 2日到学校办理报到、缴费、注册手续(报到时须携带预付款发票、中考准考证、身份证复印件)。2009级新生须交住宿费500元／学期，代管费700元／学期(多还少补)，培养成本费2000元／学期。如遇特殊情况不能按时到校报到注册者，须向学校说明情况；一周内无故不缴费注册者，视自动放弃入学资格。

 

2、学校定于7月1 3日至7月1 9日高一新生军训，8月1 8日至8月27日高一新生衔接适应性学习暨社会实践。

 

3、本校对住校生实行全封闭管理，实行大小礼拜制度，大礼拜星期五中午放假，星期天下午返校，共2天半，小礼拜周六下午第二节课后放假，星期天下午返校，共1天。

 

4、学校已为住校新生配备了下列生活用品：

 

棉被、垫被、枕芯、三件套(被套、床单、枕套)、蚊帐、草席、枕席、行李包、牙膏、牙刷、毛巾、茶杯、香皂、塑料脸盆、不锈钢餐盘、不锈钢碗、不锈钢勺、水瓶。其余生活用品学生自备。学校宿舍内为每位学生备有柜子(自备锁具)，不要带木箱等大件物品到校。

 

5、学校要求学生发型(式)必须规范：男生不留长发，女生不留披发；男女生一律不准染发、烫发、戴首饰。

 

6、学校规定学生不准带手机、随身听、手提电脑等贵重物品到学校，请家长予以配合。

 

*每位学生来校报到时应交军训伙食费、军训服装费240元、校服280元(共4套，其中夏装2套，秋装2套)、第一学期饭费250元。

Letter of Admission for Year 2011 Grade One Students

 

Student XXX and His/Her Parents:

 

Congratulations on your admission to our school as approved by Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Education.You are kindly informed of the following information so as to facilitate your admission to the school and get accustomed to the new studying environment as soon as possible:

 

1. Please check in and make the payment, complete the registration on July 12, 2011 (Presentation of your Pre-payment invoice, Examinee’s Ticket for Secondary School Joint Examination and ID card photocopy is required upon checking in). The new studnet of year 2009 shall pay the accommodation fee of 500 yuan/term, school-kept fee of 700 yuan/per term, training cost of 2000 yuan/term. In case of failure to check in as scheduled under special circumstances, you shall make an explanation to the School Authority. Failure to paying and registering after a week without any proper reason shall be deemed as an automatic abandonment of the admission.

 

1. New students of Grade one will be involved in military training from July 13 to July 19 and engaged in adaptability studying and social practices from Aug. 18 to Aug. 27.

 

1. All boarders will be subject to a “Fully-enclosed” management system and a big-small week holiday system, i.e. two-and-half-a-day holiday for a big week ,in this case, the student leave school on the noon of Friday and return on the afternoon of Sunday; one-day holiday for a small week, in this case, the student leave school after the second lesson on the afternoon of Saturday and return on the afternoon of Sunday.

 

1. All the boarding new students will be furnished with the following life supplies:

 

A quilt, a pillow inner, an three-pack (bed bag, bed sheet, pillow case),a mosquito net, a straw mat, a pillow mat, a luggage bag, a toothpaste, a toothbrush, a towel, a tea cup, a soap, a plastic basin, stainless steel dishes, a stainless steel bowl, a stainless steel spoon, a water bottle. Each student will be furnished with a cabinet in the dormitory (Lock not furnished). Don’t bring any large objects such as a wooden box into the school.

 

1. The School demands any student have a hairstyle as approved: No wearing of long hair for boys and no wearing of long hair to shoulders for girls. No hair dying, ironing or wearing of jewelries for both male and female students.

 

1. The School rules that no student shall bring with a mobile phone, a walkman , a laptop or other valuables in the school.

 

• Every student shall pay 240 yuan for board wages and garment cost for military training, 280 yuan for school uniform cost (two summer suits , two autumn suits, totally 4 suits) , 250 yuan for dinner cost for the first term.
